Sewer Pipe Lining (CIPP) in Tempe AZ

CIPP Sewer Pipe Lining in Tempe, AZ

Cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP) creates a brand-new pipe inside your old one. No excavation. No mess. A 50-year rated liner installed in a single day in most cases.

What's included

  • Fibreglass-reinforced epoxy liner — 50+ year life rating
  • Fully trenchless — accessed from the cleanout
  • Seals cracks, root entry points, and joint offsets
  • Smooth inner surface improves flow capacity
  • UV or steam cure — no overnight wait in most cases
  • Pre- and post-installation camera verification

CIPP lining is our most-used trenchless method for residential laterals in Tempe. The liner is a felt tube reinforced with fibreglass and saturated in a two-part epoxy resin. We size the liner to your pipe diameter — typically 4 or 6 inch for residential — and pull it through the pipe using an inversion drum or pull-in-place system.

Once the liner is in position, we inflate a calibration bladder to press it against the host pipe wall. We then cure it with either UV light (faster, better in wet conditions) or steam. Curing takes 60 to 90 minutes in most cases. After cure, we pull the bladder and run the camera again to verify full contact and no defects.

The finished liner has no joints along its length. Roots can't enter because there are no gaps. The smooth epoxy surface actually improves flow compared to a roughened or encruciated old pipe wall. The liner is rated for 50+ years by the manufacturer and meets ASTM F1216 for rehabilitation of existing pipelines.

Common Questions About Sewer Pipe Lining (CIPP)

What is trenchless sewer repair and does it work in Tempe?
Trenchless repair fixes your pipe from the inside using either pipe lining (CIPP) or pipe bursting. It works great in Tempe because the caliche soil here is hard to dig through. You save your yard, your concrete, and usually a significant amount on labor.
What is pipe lining (CIPP)?
CIPP stands for cured-in-place pipe lining. We insert a resin-saturated liner into your damaged pipe, inflate it, and cure it with heat or UV light. The result is a smooth, joint-free pipe inside your old one — good for 50+ years.
